The Standard Straight Horizontal neckline runs approximately 2 inches above the bust line and it travels in a straight line across the width of the entire front of the torso. just above the Bust line The line starts where the side seam meets the bottom of the arm cye, then the line slopes upwards about 2 inches, then it forms a straight horizontal line (to the floor) and it travels across over the top of the bust area until it reaches the other side of the torso where the line will slope back down until it meets the intersection point of the top of the side seam and the bottom of the opposing arm cye.
