Many times brides prefer to have the train built-in to the design of the skirt or visa versa. This works out well for times when the bride is not attempting to create a huge dramatic effect with the train of her dress. She simply wants an understated look on the back of the dress which can be accomplished by having the skirt hem slightly longer on the back side of the of the dress. However, the bride can also create a very dramatic effect with a skirt design that has a built-in long train, too. As always, it’s up to her!
