A Sculpted Bodice for a Perfect Fit

Silhouette – A-Line

Bodice Style – The “Alana” design features an authentic spiral steel-boned corset bodice, meticulously constructed with 16 panels and seams. Each seam is reinforced with a specific length of 3/8-inch wide spiral steel boning (the length of the boning matches the length of the seam) ensuring a flawless and perfectly contoured fit that is both supportive and very comfortable. 

Neckline Style – The clean, straight horizontal neckline sits approximately two inches above the bust, offering a sophisticated and classic line that beautifully frames the décolletage. 

A Flowing Skirt of Artistic Detail

Waistline Style – A regal Basque waistline leads to a single, full-circle skirt that is a masterful combination of textures and styles. 

Skirt Style – The skirt features a dynamic mix of gathered edges and pleated sections, creating a sense of movement and depth with every step..

Closures – The corset’s center back seam is the location of the traditional corseted closure consisting of two sets of elegant grommets placed along each finished edge of the center back seam.  The strong decorative cording is used to lace up the center back of the dress, bringing the two sides of the dress together from the upper middle of the back all the way down through the waist and then down through the hip area, allowing for a personalized fit that cinches the waist and creates a stunning silhouette.

Train Style – A built-in standard-sized train adds a touch of classic bridal elegance, ensuring a grand and memorable entrance

Luxurious Natural Fabrics and Exquisite Artistry

Your gown is a unique piece of art, crafted from a luxurious natural fiber fabric chosen by your design team from a curated selection including lustrous 100% woven cottons, to breathable 100% linens, or perhaps one of our opulent 100% silk fabrics. For added comfort, we also offer blends such as our popular 65% cotton and 35% linen mix. If the design calls for a stretch component, our 100% cotton knits may be selected or purhaps a new silk knit option may be used. 

Linings

Woven fabrics are lined with high-quality crepe back satin, while stretch knit fabrics are lined with a specially selected stretch lining for a smooth finish.

Hand Painted Designs – The true heart of the “Alana” design lies with skills of our in-house artisans who will creating wonderful painted borders, patterns, and motif designs throughout the fabric used to create your dress. They will use a variety of traditional techniques—including:

• Freehand painting, 
• Hand-Carved Wooden Block Printing, 
• Custom-Designed Stencils—Used to decorate the fabric with exquisite repeating  motifs and patterns inspired from many cultures around the world.
